Site selection has always run on other people’s data. Market reports, broker decks, a commute analysis from three years ago. The one dataset that should matter most – how your own people actually use the space you already have – rarely makes it into the room.
Explorer changes that. It takes any candidate location and scores it against the patterns in your own portfolio: where your teams live, how they commute, which of your existing sites perform and why.
One score, fully explained
Every Explorer score decomposes into the factors behind it – talent proximity, commute burden, cost per seat, proximity to existing sites, market trend. You can weight them for the decision at hand, and every factor traces back to the source rows it was computed from.
Built for the questions you actually ask
- New market: where would a 200-person engineering hub put us closest to the talent we hire?
- Relocation: if we leave this building, which alternatives keep median commute under 35 minutes?
- Consolidation: which two of these four sites could absorb the other two without breaking utilization targets?
Grounded in the same ontology
Explorer runs on the same governed model as the rest of the platform. That means the headcount it uses is the headcount your dashboards use, and the leases it considers are the leases your agents track. There is no second source of truth to reconcile.
